Through her years in school and college she wanted to be a Doctor, she had no idea that being a meeting professional was even an option.  Before graduation, she realized she wanted a life to go with her career and not just a career. She wound up planning scientific events and conferences. From that moment, her passion with the business events industry was born.

She sought out opportunities that would expand her knowledge of the industry and make her more marketable. Having worked in pharmaceutical, corporate, financial services, professional associations, incentive, and international markets, at this point in her career, Nikole really has ‘done it all’. Nikole is an award winning planner and been featured multiple times by BizBash and selected as Smart Women in Meetings awards by Smart Meetings magazine as a leading Entrepreneur and for their Hall of Fame.
